目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1基因(CCND1)rs9344位点多态性与肝细胞癌易感性的关联;方法采用病例对照研究,对经肝内穿刺活检确认的266例原发性肝细胞癌新发病例及经年龄、性别匹配的306例健康对照,应用MALDI-TOF法检测CCND1 rs9344基因多态性,以χ2检验比较CCND1基因型及相关危险因素在病例对照间分布的差异,采用非条件Logistic回归分析基因型与肝癌发病风险的关系。结果 CCND1 rs9344位点存在GG、GA、AA三种基因型,G/A等位基因及各基因型在肝癌组与对照组中分布未见明显差异,但在分层分析中发现,有肝脏疾病史人群中病例组AA基因型携带比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,与GG基因型相比,AA基因型伴有肝病史个体罹患肝细胞癌的风险比值比为5.29(OR=5.29,95%CI:1.42-24.49);结论 CCND1 rs9344位点多态性与肝细胞癌易感性无明显相关,AA基因型携带者且有肝脏疾病史对比其他基因型携带者患肝细胞癌的风险较高。
Objective To investigate the association of the rs9344 polymorphism of cyclin D1 gene (CCND1) with the susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods A case-control study was conducted on 266 new cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by intrahepatic biopsy And 306 age-and-sex-matched healthy controls. The polymorphism of CCND1 rs9344 was detected by MALDI-TOF. The differences of CCND1 genotypes and related risk factors in case-control were analyzed by χ2 test. There was no significant difference in the distribution of G / A allele and genotype between HCC group and control group.
