熔融生长YBaCuO样品的Jc在77K、0T下较一般烧结块有数量级的提高,而且随磁场的衰减明显缓慢,在0.1T外磁场下的Jc为Jc_o的70%,说明弱连接问题有很大程度的改善。与外磁场取三种不同方向的磁通捕获呈现不同的行为,说明样品确有织构取向,当外场与长度方向平行时性能最佳。临界电流的数值与其判据关系甚大,原因是电压-电流曲线呈“爬坡”行为,也许与残留的211相和凝固的液相有关。
The Jc of YBaCuO samples grown at 77K and 0T increased by several orders of magnitude compared with that of the normal sintered samples, and their decay with the magnetic field was obviously slowed. Jc was 70% of the Jc_o under the magnetic field of 0.1T, indicating a large degree of weak connection Improvement. Magnetic flux capture with three different orientations shows different behavior, indicating that the sample does have a texture orientation and performs best when the external field is parallel to the length direction. The critical current value is strongly related to its criterion because the voltage-current curve is “ramp-up” and may be related to the remaining 211 phase and the solidified liquid phase.
