基于Voronoi随机泡沫模型,引入支柱截面面积不均匀分布的随机变量,研究了其对泡沫材料的非线性压缩和拉伸行为以及各向异性弹性性能的影响,并与模型随机度的影响进行比较,讨论了两种随机因素共同作用时的影响效果.结果表明,对非线性压缩和拉伸行为,支柱截面随机度对无量纲应力都起降低作用,并且其影响随应变的增加而增大,对泊松比在压缩时起减小作用而在拉伸时起增大作用;支柱截面随机度对胞体伸长方向和垂直于胞体伸长方向的弹性模量均起减小作用,但对泊松比的影响不明显.两种随机因素共同作用的影响效果在拉伸时减弱,而在各向异性弹性情况下增强.
Based on the random Voronoi foam model, the stochastic variables with nonuniform distribution of the cross section of the column are introduced to study the influence of the random variables on the nonlinear compression and tensile behavior and the anisotropic elastic properties of the foam. The effect of two random factors is discussed.The results show that for the nonlinear compression and tensile behavior, the randomness of the cross section of the column has a decreasing effect on the dimensionless stress and its influence increases with the increase of strain, The Poisson's ratio decreases from the compression and increases from the stretch. The stochastic degree of the strut cross section decreases the elastic modulus of the cell body in the direction of elongation and perpendicular to the elongation of the cell body. However, The effect of the two random factors is weakened in the stretching, but enhanced in the case of anisotropic elasticity.
