研究表明,高层管理团队(TMT)特质的相关研究并未揭示这些特质与组织流程的关系,尤其是与战略决策的关系,而TMT替换情况与战略决策的相关研究也相对匮乏。文章基于此探究TMT异质性之经验异质性和教育背景异质性、TMT替换率与创业型战略决策的关系并分析环境不确定特性的权变效应。基于上市公司178份有效问卷,文章利用层级回归分析方法得出如下结论:TM T替换率负向影响创业型战略决策,环境不确定性对此关系具有显著的调节作用。而TM T的经验异质性和教育背景异质性与创业型战略决策显著正相关,并且环境不确定性分别对上述关系具有正向权变效应。文章从组织决策视角出发突破了TMT异质性的研究不足,对于企业高层的战略决策具有重要的借鉴意义。
Studies have shown that the correlation between the TMT traits and the organizational processes does not reveal the relationship between these traits and organizational processes, especially the relationship with strategic decisions. However, the relative researches on TMT replacement and strategic decision are relatively scarce. Based on this, the article explores the heterogeneity of TMT heterogeneity and educational heterogeneity, the relationship between TMT replacement rate and entrepreneurial strategic decision-making, and analyzes the contingency effect of the uncertainty of the environment. Based on the 178 valid questionnaires of listed companies, the article concludes the following conclusions by using the hierarchical regression analysis: The TM T replacement rate negatively affects the entrepreneurial strategic decision-making, and the environmental uncertainty has a significant regulatory effect on this relationship. The heterogeneity of TMT’s experience heterogeneity and educational background are significantly and positively related to the entrepreneurial strategic decision, and the environmental uncertainty has a positive contingency effect on the above relationship respectively. The article broke through the lack of research on TMT heterogeneity from the perspective of organizational decision-making, which is of great significance to strategic decision-making of high-level enterprises.
