Contemporary German music composers today may not be familiar to us, we know more about German modern music or composers born before World War II and their works, like Hanswerner Henze (1926-), Stockerk KarlheinzStockhausen (1928-), Bernd Alois Zimmermann (1918-1970) and others. However, after World War II, there were a large number of very representative and considerable composers in Germany. These composers mentally sustained the pains of the two wars and morally condemned the outside world for the Germans At the same time, they also inherit the deep ideological nature inherent in the Germanic nation. York Holler (1944-) is one of the major representatives of this generation.
