针对关键特性及其分解信息在飞机数字化设计、装配和容差分配中如何应用和实施的问题,以CATIA及CAA平台、Oracle9i和VSA公差仿真软件为基础,研究了一种基于三维模型的关键特性数据构建、存储和表达方法,并开发了可视化平台来直观地描述关键特性信息在飞机数字化装配工艺设计中的应用。以某型飞机减速板为对象,验证了关键特性数据从定义、存储至容差仿真的整个应用流程。实例表明,提出的方法可为飞机装配工艺设计人员提供有效的分析工具。
Aiming at the problem of how to apply and implement the key characteristics and decomposition information in digital design, assembly and tolerance assignment of aircraft, the key features of 3D model based on CATIA and CAA platform, Oracle9i and VSA tolerance simulation software are studied. Data construction, storage and presentation, and developed a visualization platform to visually describe the application of key characteristic information in aircraft digital assembly process design. Taking a certain airplane deceleration board as an object, the entire application flow of key characteristic data from definition and storage to tolerance simulation was verified. The examples show that the proposed method can provide an effective analysis tool for aircraft assembly process designers.
