企业和人一样,有一个形象问题。所谓企业形象,就是企业在公众(或客户)眼中信用度的象征。如何设计企业形象,关系到企业的生存和发展。在市场经济日趋成熟的今天,企业的形象设计越来越受到人们的重视。实质上,设计企业形象就是设计企业品牌。企业形象(也就是企业品牌)是企业的无形资产,优秀的企业品牌所带来的效应是无法限量的。正是由于企业形象具有不可或缺的主要地位,因此许多精明的企业家常把企业形象设计纳入到企业的总体发展战略中。
