目的:为临床正确、安全使用氟尿嘧啶植入剂(FUI)提供预警。方法:在分析一起医疗纠纷及我院应用FUI现状分析的基础上,找出FUI应用中存在的突出问题,并提出改进建议。结果:FUI临床应用、说明书、专用植药针配送、药师对处方的监控等方面均存在一定问题,亟待解决。结论:FUI的临床用药方式应做较大调整和规范。
OBJECTIVE: To provide early warning of the correct and safe use of fluorouracil implant (FUI). Methods: Based on the analysis of medical disputes and the status quo of FUI application in our hospital, we found out the outstanding problems in the application of FUI and put forward the suggestions for improvement. Results: There were some problems in the clinical application of FUI, manuals, delivery of special medicine needles, and the monitoring of prescriptions by pharmacists, which needed to be solved urgently. Conclusion: The clinical application of FUI should be greatly adjusted and standardized.
