1.Introduction Remarkable evolution of endovascular neurosurgery over the past few decades has brought an excellent transformation in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Though aneurysm treatment was begun from the 19th century by means of Hunterian ligation,the concept of endovascular occlusion was first initiated by Luessenhop and Velasquez in 1964 using balloon catheter[1].Endovascular approach has turned out to be a miracle when Guido Guglielmi pioneered in detachable coils in 1990.
