采用现场燃烧调整试验方法,进行了机组负荷、运行氧量、二次风配风方式、磨煤机运行组合方式和煤质等因素对300 MW机组切圆燃烧锅炉NOX排放影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:氧量、负荷、煤质是NOX排放浓度的主要影响因素;而在保持大量燃尽风实现分级燃烧下,二次风配风方式对NOX排放浓度的影响较小。在燃烧调整试验研究基础上,建立了300 MW锅炉NOX排放浓度与主要运行因素的多元线性回归关系式,该关系式可用于指导锅炉NOX排放浓度的在线运行控制和预测。
The field combustion test method was used to study the influence of unit load, operating oxygen, secondary air distribution, coal mill operation mode and coal quality on NOX emission of tangentially fired boiler of 300 MW unit. The results show that the oxygen content, load and coal quality are the main factors affecting NOX emission concentration. However, the effect of secondary air distribution on NOX emission concentration is small under the condition of maintaining a large amount of combustion air to achieve staged combustion. Based on the combustion regulation test, a multivariate linear regression equation was established for the NOx emission concentration and the main operating factors of the 300 MW boiler, which can be used to control and predict the on-line operation of the NOx concentration in the boiler.
