目的:分析2DM RCP、3DM RCP及薄层原始图像对胆系结石的诊断价值。方法:收集36例经手术及ERCP证实的胆系结石患者的MRCP资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2DM RCP诊断胆道结石30例,诊断准确率83.3%;3DM RCP结合薄层原始图像诊断胆道结石35例,诊断准确率97.2%;5例肝管结石在2D和3DM RCP图像上未显示,仅在薄层原始图像上显示。漏诊1例。结论:2DM RCP及3DM RCP与薄层原始图像结合可提高胆道结石诊断的准确性。
Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of 2DM RCP, 3DM RCP and thin layer original images on gallstone. Methods: MRCP data of 36 patients with gallstone proved by operation and ERCP were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The diagnosis of biliary stones by 2DM RCP in 30 cases was 83.3%. 3DM RCP was performed in 35 cases of biliary stones diagnosed by thin-layer original images, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 97.2%. 5 cases of hepatic duct stones were not shown in 2D and 3DM RCP images, Only displayed on thin layer original image. Misdiagnosis in 1 case. Conclusion: The combination of 2DM RCP and 3DM RCP with thin-layer original images can improve the diagnostic accuracy of biliary stones.
