实验发现,车刀破损时低频率范围内时域信号的变化总是很明显,而宽频率范围内时域信号的变化则不一定明显。本文提出用低频率范围内时域信号的变化来监测车刀破损,经验证,可在20ms内检测出刀具的破损。
The experimental results show that the change of the signal in the low frequency range is always obvious when the turning tool is damaged, but the change of the signal in the time domain in the wide frequency range is not obvious. This paper proposes to monitor the tool breakage with the change of the time domain signal in the low frequency range. It is verified that the tool breakage can be detected within 20ms.
