水稻品种提纯复壮最有效的措施是采用分系比较法,也叫改良混合选择法,这是经过单株(穗)选择、分系比较、混合繁殖三个步骤产生原种的方法。选择优良单株(穗)用其后代进行田间系统比较、鉴定和室内比较、选拔,可获得纯度高、质量好、增产显著的优良种子。具体做法如下: 1.建立选种圃 头一年在该品种生长整齐健壮的丰产田里,采选综合性状优良的单株(穗),将每个单株(穗)分别脱粒、单独保管,做为选种圃的种子;每株(穗)种子单独育苗,每株栽植1行,每隔9行栽1行原品种进行对照,建立起株行选种圃,进行单株比较。在植株分蘖、抽穗、成熟等各个主要生长时期注意观查
