年轻干部梯进式培养和长时间墩苗历练,既是贯彻落实新修订《干部任用条例》的必然要求,也是培养选拔优秀年轻干部的有效途径。近年来,宁海县坚持实践导向,以实施梯次“墩苗”培养工程为抓手,创新“四式”实践锻炼法,通过设岗选派、梯进历练、导师帮带、绩效考核,建立健全了培养、历练、甄别、储备、任用优秀年轻干部的常态化链式培养选拔机制。
