从动态资源观的视角,以中国电子信息企业为样本,采用随机效应泊松模型分析企业网络位势跃迁速度对创新绩效影响,以及知识基础宽度和深度的调节作用。研究发现:(1)企业网络位势跃迁速度与创新绩效负相关。(2)知识基础宽度负向调节企业网络位势跃迁速度与创新绩效负相关关系。(3)知识基础深度负向调节企业网络位势跃迁速度与创新绩效负相关关系;网络位势快速跃迁给企业带来大量摄取知识资源机会,在有限资源整合能力下,这种机会未必对创新有利。
From the perspective of dynamic resource view, taking China’s electronic information enterprises as a sample, this paper uses random effects Poisson model to analyze the impact of enterprise network transition speed on innovation performance and the adjustment of knowledge base width and depth. The findings are as follows: (1) The speed of enterprise network transition is negatively correlated with innovation performance. (2) The width of knowledge base negatively regulates the negative correlation between the speed of enterprise network transition and innovation performance. (3) The depth of knowledge negatively regulates the negative correlation between the transition speed of the enterprise network and the innovation performance. The rapid transition of the internet brings a lot of opportunities for the enterprises to absorb the knowledge resources. This opportunity may not be the innovation for the innovation favorable.
