在企业生产工序控制中应用统计技术是对生产过程及经营中各个阶段进行评估和监控,为企业经营决策提供支撑。本文根据企业发展趋势和从业经历,对企业目前集中统计技术在生产工序中的应用存在的问题进行了分析,提出了合理的措施建议。
The application of statistical techniques in the control of the production process in an enterprise is to evaluate and monitor the production process and various stages in the operation so as to provide support to the business operation and decision-making. Based on the development trend of the enterprise and the experience of practitioners, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the application of centralized statistical techniques in the production process and puts forward reasonable measures and suggestions.
