目的:评价光子局部照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法:将2016年1—6月金华广福医院呼吸内科收治的70例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者,按随机数字法分成对照组和干预组,各35例。对照组采用多爱肤敷料局部治疗,干预组采用光子局部照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗,两组均予以传统压疮护理。治疗后观察比较两组压疮治疗效果及压疮愈合时间。结果:干预组患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮10天愈合率为54.3%,换药次数为(6.0±6.7)次,治愈时间为(10.9±4.3)天,压疮治疗费用(235.1±92.0)元,对照组10天愈合率为25.7%、换药次数为(10.9±3.7)次、治愈时间为(16.17±5.72)天、压疮治疗费用为(466.8±183.3)元。两组治疗效果和治疗费用各项指标比较,两组治疗效果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光子局部照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮,具有换药次数少,治愈时间快,治愈率高,治疗费用相对较低等优点,在临床上值得推广。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of photon partial irradiation combined with multi-skin dressing on stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcers. Methods: Seventy-two patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcer admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine, Jinhua Guangfu Hospital from January to June 2016 were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number method, 35 cases in each group. In control group, multi-loving dressing was used for local treatment, while in intervention group, photon partial irradiation combined with multi-loving dressing was used for treatment. Both groups were given traditional pressure ulcer care. After treatment, pressure ulcer healing and pressure ulcer healing were compared between the two groups. Results: In the intervention group, the healing rate of pressure ulcer in stage II and III was 54.3% in 10 days and the dressing frequency was 6.0 ± 6.7. The healing time was 10.9 ± 4.3 days and the pressure ulcer treatment cost was 235.1 ± 92.0 yuan , The rate of healing in 10 days in control group was 25.7%, the frequency of dressing was (10.9 ± 3.7) times, the healing time was (16.17 ± 5.72) days and pressure ulcer treatment cost was (466.8 ± 183.3) yuan. The two groups of treatment and treatment costs compared with the indicators, the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Photon partial irradiation with multi-skin dressing for treatment of stage II and stage III pressure ulcers has the advantages of fewer dressing changes, faster healing time, higher cure rate and relatively lower treatment cost, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
