采用一种柠檬酸辅助新的溶剂热工艺成功地合成了高单分散的球形貌十二烷基硫醇铜微粒。采用元素分析、扫描电镜、能谱仪、红外和紫外对十二烷基硫醇铜微粒进行了表征。研究揭示了反应剂的摩尔比、温度、浓度、时间等因素是影响十二烷基硫醇铜微粒的形貌及尺寸的主要因素,高单分散的球形貌十二烷基硫醇铜微粒的合成工艺条件是:醋酸铜与十二烷基硫醇摩尔比是1:1.5,在160℃乙醇溶剂中反应24h。
A highly monodisperse spherical morphology of dodecyl mercaptide copper particles was successfully synthesized using a citric acid-assisted new solvothermal process. The elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, infrared and ultraviolet were used to characterize the particles of copper dodecyl mercaptide. The study reveals that the molar ratio of reactants, temperature, concentration, time and other factors are the main factors affecting the morphology and size of copper dodecyl mercaptide particles. The highly monodisperse spherical morphology particles of copper dodecyl mercaptide The synthetic process conditions are: copper acetate and dodecyl mercaptan molar ratio of 1: 1.5, at 160 ° C ethanol solvent for 24h.
