目前,许多新建的高职院校基本上都是从一个或多个中等专业学校或成人高校转化而成,原有的学生管理体制基本上沿用传统的班主任负责制。根据教育部相关文件规定,高校要根据实际工作需要配备专职辅导员。本文从思想高度重视,增强其职业认同感与归属感,完善激励保障机制等三个方面对新建高职院校如何加强辅导员队伍建设提出了几点思考。
At present, many newly-built higher vocational colleges are basically transformed from one or more secondary specialized schools or adult colleges and universities. The original student management system basically follows the traditional teacher-teacher responsibility system. According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education documents, colleges and universities should be equipped with full-time counselors according to actual work needs. This article puts forward some thoughts on how to strengthen the construction of counselors in new higher vocational colleges from three aspects: attaching great importance to ideology, enhancing their professional identity and sense of belonging, and perfecting incentive and guarantee mechanisms.
