目的了解天津市西青区2015年法定传染病的流行特征,为制定传染病防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对疫情资料进行分析。结果 2015年天津市西青区共报告法定传染病23种4 452例,死亡4例,报告发病率549.93/10万,死亡率0.49/10万。发病数居前5位的是其他感染性腹泻病、手足口病、痢疾、肺结核、梅毒。结论在法定报告传染病中,肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病是西青区的防控重点,其中以其他感染性腹泻病、肺结核为主。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in 2015 in Xiqing District of Tianjin and provide evidence for the development of prevention and treatment strategies for infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze epidemic situation data. Results In 2015, a total of 4542 cases of 23 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Xiqing District of Tianjin City, 4 of them were dead. The reported incidence was 549.93 / 100,000 and the death rate was 0.49 / 100,000. The top 5 most frequent cases were other infectious diarrhea, hand-foot-mouth disease, dysentery, tuberculosis and syphilis. Conclusion Among the statutory communicable diseases, intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases are the prevention and control focuses of Xiqing District, among which other infectious diarrheal diseases and tuberculosis are the main ones.
