改革开放以来,建筑市场的竞争状况愈加激烈,四个制度的标准使得工程质量有了很大的提高,工程时间被大大缩减,安全控制越来越严格,因此工程施工项目过程中的成本控制也越发显得重要,企业只有做好项目控制才能在如此激烈的环境下发展壮大,实现自身利益的最大化,如何对施工项目进行成本控制进行成了企业关心的首要问题,但是现阶段施工企业的成本控制方法还不够科学,材料使用不规范、资金数据不完善、结算资金不及时等一些问题,文章针对施工企业项目成本控制的弱点进行了分析提出了控制方案,最后对施工成本管理进行了展望。
