带式输送机在煤矿井下的实际生产中占据着非常重要的地位。由于目前不断扩大化的生产规模,传统的带式输送机在输送机运行上是利用静态的刚体理论,但在大倾角带式输送机上不适用。未来带式输送机的发展趋势是高速率、以及大运量方向。由于大倾角带式输送机运行时张力很大。因此就需要综合地对其进行探究。基于此本文介绍了长距离大倾角带式输送机常规布置方案存在的问题,引入了长距离大倾角波状挡边带式输送机,并在工程实例中得到实施以及验证,以供相关的行业人员借鉴以及参考。
