本文在文献[1]的基础上,以PY400(改造)型综放支架为例,对支架四连杆系统的受力特点、几何特征及其相互影响作了全面的分析。结果表明,支架前后连杆受力与支架的几何特征密切相关;连杆受力随采高H的变化曲线与铰点O的双曲线形状具有极为相似的性质。这些研究成果对综放支架四连杆系统的改进或设计具有重要参考价值
Based on the literature [1], taking the PY400 (retrofit) -type fully mechanized top-coal caving supporter as an example, the force characteristics, geometric characteristics and their interaction of the four-bar linkage system are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the forces acting on the front and rear links are closely related to the geometric characteristics of the supports. The curves of the forces acting on the tie bars with mining height H and the hyperbolic shapes of the joints O have very similar properties. These research results have important reference value for the improvement or design of four-bar linkage system
