起源于平滑肌的胃肿瘤是一种比较少见的病变,据报导它相当于所有胃肿瘤的2.47%,而胃半滑肌瘤大约占全部胃良性肿瘤的40%,平滑肌肉瘤约占全部胃肉瘤的24%。Ronchod 等报导胃肠道及腹腔后平滑肌肿瘤100例,其中胃平滑肌瘤36例。国内见有各案报导;本文报导胃平滑肌肿瘤5例,其中胃平滑肌瘤3例,高分化平滑肌肉瘤及胃平滑肌母细胞瘤各1例。 Gastric neoplasms originating from smooth muscle is a relatively rare lesion. It is reported to be equivalent to 2.47% of all gastric tumors, and gastric semi-smooth fibroids account for approximately 40% of all gastric benign tumors. Leiomyosarcoma accounts for approximately all of gastric sarcoma 24%. Ronchod reported 100 cases of gastrointestinal and retroperitoneal smooth muscle tumors, including 36 cases of gastric leiomyoma. There are cases reported in China; this article reports 5 cases of gastric smooth muscle tumors, including 3 cases of gastric leiomyoma, 1 case of well-differentiated leiomyosarcoma and gastric smooth myoblastoma.
