目的:观察网球运动对中老年人群反应时和肌力的影响。方法:将22名中老年随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组应用网球运动方法干预12周,对照组不作特殊干预,实验前后分别检测受试者反应时、握力,统计分析各组数据。结果:与对照组比较,实验组反应时降低,握力升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:网球运动能降低中老年人群反应时,增强肌肉力量,提高身体机能。
Objective: To observe the effect of tennis on the reaction and muscle strength of middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: Twenty-two middle-aged and old people were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated with tennis method for 12 weeks. The control group received no special intervention. Before and after the experiment, subjects’ response and grip strength were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the reaction time of the experimental group decreased and the grip strength increased, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tennis exercise can reduce the reaction of middle-aged and elderly people, enhance muscle strength and improve body function.
