每个企业的发展都离不开人力资源管理,人力资源管理已经成为现代企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业可持续发展的关键。科学合理的对铁矿企业进行人力资源管理,不仅能够营造良好的企业文化氛围,增进企业员工的情感交流,而且能够提高企业经济效益,促进企业的可持续发展。通过对铁矿企业的人力资源管理现状进行分析,我们发现了目前存在的主要问题,我们针对这些问题提出了促进企业发展的合理化建议。
The development of each enterprise can not be separated from human resource management, human resource management has become an important part of modern enterprise management, the key to sustainable development of enterprises. Scientific and rational management of human resources in iron and steel enterprises can not only create a good corporate culture and enhance the emotional exchanges among employees, but also enhance the economic benefits of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. By analyzing the status quo of human resources management in the iron and steel enterprises, we found the main problems that exist at present, and put forward the reasonable suggestions on these issues to promote the development of the enterprises.
