CARR堆堆本体9个水平孔道预埋件由于加工及混凝土浇筑的影响,使椭圆度的长短径相差最大约15mm,导致水平孔道按图纸加工的情况下无法安装。为保证水平孔道各零部件顺利安装,且保证设备的轴线与理论轴线重合,达到CARR堆运行效果,进行了本次测量。本次测量还可使上海加工的重水箱直接加工到图纸尺寸,省去二次加工的步骤,从而缩短了2~3个月的二次加工时间。测量的目的主要是测量出以孔道的理论轴线为基准所确定的预埋件的最小直径和安装凹槽的径
