[目的]筛选石蒜扦插繁殖的激素配方和浓度,为石蒜冬季扦插生产提供基础资料。[方法]以IBA和NAA的4种不同的激素浓度组合成16种激素配方,对石蒜、换锦花鳞片扦插繁殖进行研究。[结果]不同浓度的NAA和IBA溶液对石蒜、换锦花的增殖系数、鳞茎均重和平均生根数有一定的影响,综合考虑,NAA和IBA混合溶液以浓度25~50 mg/L较为理想;石蒜在扦插过程中能够获得较高的增殖系数,而小鳞茎的均重较低。[结论]石蒜(L.radiata)和换锦花(L.sprengeri)冬季扦插生产是可行的。
[Objective] The research aimed to select the hormonal formula and concentration of cuttage propagation of Lycoris radiate, providing basic data for the cuttage production of Lycoris radiate in winter. [Method] With 16 hormone combinations of 4 different hormone concentrations of IBA and NAA, cuttage propagation of Lycoris radiata and Scrophulariaceae was studied. [Result] The solution of NAA and IBA with different concentrations had a certain effect on the multiplication coefficient of Lycoris radiate, B. amurense, the average weight of bulbs and the number of average rooting. Considering all the above, the mixed solution of NAA and IBA was more effective at 25-50 mg / L Ideal; Lycoris get a higher propagation coefficient in the cutting process, while the average weight of bulbs is low. [Conclusion] Winter cuttage production of L. radiata and L.sprengeri was feasible.
