教研活动是提高教学工作重要一环,对提高教师素质有重要作用。教研活动除了常规的研究教材和教法、探讨45分钟的课堂教学艺术、研究学生提高学生实验动手能力、开展课外活动等外,还应走出校园,到社会和大自然中去学习,与学生一起学习和拜专家、学者为师。因此,生物教研活动应是生动活泼、丰富多彩、灵活多样的。近几年来,太钢6所中学、矿机中学、机车中学、星火一中、冶二中、二十二中等12所中学,组成太原市第五生物中心教研组,共40多位生物教师,开展灵活多样、有聚有散、校内外结合的教研活动,颇受老师们的欢迎。各校中心组成员除上传下达、积极参
