本文提出可以用内部收益法和净现值法对历史民居保护进行经济评价,给有关部门对历史民居的保护方案提供了依据。旅游价值作为历史民居价值的重要组成部分,如何对其旅游价值进行评价,本文针对名人故居,建立了名人故居旅游资源评价指标体系,从定量的角度给出了历史民居旅游价值的大小。 This paper proposes that the economic evaluation of the protection of historic houses can be carried out by using the internal income method and the net present value method, which provides the basis for the relevant departments to protect the historic houses.
