How coal companies survive, develop and grow in a market economy is an important issue that coal companies need to solve urgently. This article tries to explore the reform and outlet of the state-owned coal mine enterprises in the Fuling area from the practice of the Banxi coal mine. Banxi Coal Mine is a local state-owned coal mine that was reformed and expanded on the basis of the Hexi Coal Mine in Nanchuan in 1983 in the reform and opening up.
