羊肉之美 已经写了好几篇关于羊肉的文章了。诸如涮羊肉,手扒肉,羊肉泡馍,羊杂碎,羊架子等等。寄到南方一些刊物,编辑先生们倍加赏识。不过他们的“赏识”,大约只为羊肉,而不在乎文字。比如身居热国长沙的薛君,接到我的稿子后,就来信称:南国鱼虾海鲜多矣,而羊肉奇缺。每到冬天,难得见到整只的新鲜的羊肉,解馋尝新,只有冷冻肉块一宗。但是买回来一切,才知皆为筋头肉脑拼凑而成,不免失望。所以她就感叹道:也许这是内蒙人吃剩的下脚料运到她们那几的。我看得大笑。她继续写道:即使如此,我仍然要按着你文章中所说涮羊肉之程序,如法炮制,看看君言谬否?
