因高钢级(≥X90)管线钢难以依靠自身韧性止裂,同时缺乏适用于高钢级管线钢止裂器设计的相关准则,故对于向高钢级发展的国内天然气管道而言,在管道安全可靠性方面面临巨大挑战,而止裂控制问题是其中的关键。从理论研究和工程设计与应用两个方面系统梳理了天然气长输管道止裂控制技术的国内外发展历史与现状,介绍了相关计算公式和不同种类止裂器的功能原理,分析了当前止裂控制技术存在的问题与不足,指出了今后高钢级管线钢止裂控制的研究方向,对于促进高钢级天然气长输管道的发展具有指导意义。(图7,表1,参19)
