该文以可再生、廉价、天然多孔的锯末为模板,采用化学溶液浸渍法合成了MnO2纳米棒.TEM,FTIR,XRD测试结果表明,所得样品为α-MnO2纳米棒,其平均直径为15 nm左右,平均长度约为150 nm.循环伏安和恒流充放电测试结果表明:在1.0 mol?L-1的(NH4)2SO4电解液中,0~1.0 V(vs.SCE)电位区间内,充放电的电流密度分别为1 A?g-1和2 A?g-1时,所制备的α-MnO2的最高放电比电容分别达到了176 F?g-1和138 F?g-1.
In this paper, MnO2 nanorods were synthesized by chemical impregnation method using renewable, cheap and natural porous sawdust as template.The results of TEM, FTIR and XRD showed that the obtained samples were α-MnO2 nanorods with an average diameter of 15 nm And the average length was about 150 nm.The results of cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge and discharge tests showed that in the (NH4) 2SO4 electrolyte of 1.0 mol? L-1, in the range of 0 ~ 1.0 V (vs.SCE) The maximum discharge specific capacitance of α-MnO2 reached 176 F? G-1 and 138 F? G-1 respectively when the current density of charge and discharge was 1 A? G-1 and 2 A? G-1 respectively.
