1.引言渗氮是工业上具有重要意义的钢表面改性处理方法,在这过程中氮进入工件的表层。氮的富化原则上是分步进行的:——表面上形成活化的氮,以及——氮扩散入材料内部对一些工业上重要的渗氮方法第一步是利用化学的相界面反应或者离子反应。
1. Introduction Nitriding is an industrially important steel surface modification process in which nitrogen enters the surface of workpieces. Nitrogen enrichment is in principle step-by-step: - formation of activated nitrogen on the surface, and - diffusion of nitrogen into the interior of the material. For some industrially important nitriding processes the first step is to use a chemical phase interface reaction or ion reaction.
