本文主要研究硅粉对水泥浆和混凝土改性的作用。研究表明:硅粉可作为活性的超细均匀粒子掺入水泥浆中,并在水泥水化初期即与氢氧化钙反应生成C-S-H凝胶,使氢氧钙石数量减少、最可几孔径减小,从而使浆体密实性增加,强度提高。硅粉的最大掺量以5%为宜。如欲增大掺量宜与减水剂和磨细生石灰共用,这样,可进一步提高强度,并可免除因碱度降低而引起的不利影响。掺入硅粉可使混凝土申水泥浆-集料界面氢氧化钙的取向度降低、数量减少、晶粒变细,并增加C-S-H凝胶的数量和聚合度,提高水泥浆~集料界面粘结强度,从而改善混凝土的力学性能。
