用CO2激光对系列粉末冶金压坯多孔材料进行了辐射加热研究,发现CO2激光可以直接进入孔隙使多孔材料快速加热。含孔隙多的材料达到同一温度的时间明显短于含孔隙少的材料,针对激光对多孔材料的作用建立了物理模型,该模型可以比较满意地解释以上实验结果。
A series of powder metallurgy green compact porous materials were irradiated by CO2 laser and found that CO2 laser could directly enter the pores to make the porous materials heated rapidly. The time to reach the same temperature with much porous material is obviously shorter than that with less porous material. A physical model is established for the effect of laser on porous material. The model can be more satisfactory to explain the above experimental results.
