课堂是语文教学的主阵地,教师只有最大限度的利用好有限的课堂40分钟,积极激发学生学习兴趣,构建良好的师生关系,用独特的人格魅力感染人,扎实备好每一堂课,才能做到有的放矢。为全面提高语文课堂效率,扎实推进素质教育起到不可替代的作用。作为一名农村小学语文教师,就如何更有效地提高语文课堂效率,一直是教学思考的重点问题之一。为此,根据这几年从教的经验和总结,从以下两方面浅谈一下自己的认识。
