随着社会主义市场的经济体制的不断发展与完善,医疗市场的社会竞争度也越来越激烈。医院为了获得更佳的发展与生存,需对医院收费方面予以加强管理,其中住院收费属于医疗收费管理处的一部分,它在医院经济与财务的管理中占重要比例,医院住院收费的管理是否合理可对医院医疗费用的管理产生直接影响,亦会影响医院的形象及经济效益。本文旨在探讨医院住院收费管理的现状,并简要分析其应对方法。
With the continuous development and improvement of the economic system in the socialist market, the social competition in the medical market is also becoming more and more intense. In order to obtain better development and survival, the hospital needs to strengthen the management of hospital charges. The hospital charges are part of the medical toll collection office. It accounts for a significant proportion of the hospital’s economic and financial management, and is it reasonable to manage hospital charges in hospitals? It can have a direct impact on the management of hospital medical expenses and will also affect the hospital’s image and economic benefits. The purpose of this article is to explore the status quo of hospital inpatient fees management and briefly analyze its coping strategies.
