本文研究了11种辅助配位剂对铜离子与7种卟啉显色反应的影响.发现只有草酸、柠檬酸、邻菲咯琳和a,a′-联吡啶等对meso-四(2-氨基本基)卟啉、meso-四(4-二甲氨基苯基)叶琳和meso-四(4-氨基苯基)卟啉与铜离子的显色反应有增敏作用,摩尔吸光系数达10~6-10~7L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).研究结果表明,增敏作用不仅与辅助配位剂的结构及其与铜配合物的表观稳定常数有关,而且还与卟啉中苯基上的取代基及其位置的不同有关Cu(Ⅱ)在NH_2OH·HCl存在下被还原成Cu(Ⅰ),它和卟啉及辅助配位剂形成多元混配配合物
In this paper, the effects of 11 kinds of auxiliary coordinators on the color reaction of copper ions with 7 kinds of porphyrins were studied. Only oxalic acid, citric acid, phenanthroline and a, a’- (4-aminophenyl) porphyrin and copper (Ⅱ) -porphyrin have sensitizing effect on the color reaction of copper ion with the molar absorption coefficient up to 10 ~ 6-10 ~ 7L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) .The results show that sensitization is not only related to the structure of the auxiliary complexing agent and its apparent stability constant with copper complex, But also related to the different substituents on the phenyl groups in the porphyrin and their positions.
