本文选择N-(对位取代苯基)亚氨基二乙酸(p-RC_6H_4N(CH_2COOH)_2,R=CH_3O,CH_3,H,Cl,简写为PRPh_1DA,以NR(OH)_2或H_2L表示)为配体,采用断流分光光度计研究了Ni(Ⅱ)与此配体生成配合物的反应动力学。结果发现,两性离子具有较高的反应活性,且反应活性随配体碱性增大而降低,其反应机理与二齿配体的反应很相似。 实验方法见[1]。其中配体N-(对位取代苯基)亚氨基二乙酸的合成见[2],用KNO_3控制离子强度0.1mol·dm~(-3),动力学研究最佳波长250nm,反应温度25.0±0.31℃。
In this paper, N- (para-substituted phenyl) iminodiacetic acid (p-RC_6H_4N (CH_2COOH) _2, R = CH_3O, CH_3, H, Cl, abbreviated as PRPh_1DA, represented by NR (OH) _2 or H_2L) The kinetics of the complex formation of Ni (Ⅱ) with this ligand was studied by using a stop-flow spectrophotometer. The results showed that the zwitterions have higher reactivity and their reactivity decreases with the increase of their basicity. The reaction mechanism is very similar to that of bidentate ligands. See the experimental method [1]. The synthesis of N- (para-substituted phenyl) iminodiacetic acid is described in [2]. The ionic strength of KNO_3 was controlled by 0.1mol · dm -3, the optimum wavelength was 250nm and the reaction temperature was 25.0 ± 0.31 ° C.
