我科自1980年至1996年对28例鼻腔、鼻窦及鼻咽肿瘤病人采用鼻侧切开、鼻腔外侧壁大块切除及其变通手术,效果满意,报告如下。一、病例资料 28例中,男性23例,女性5例。年龄14～65岁。恶性肿瘤6例,其中内翻性乳头状瘤癌变2例,鼻腔恶性混台瘤、恶性黑色素瘤、腺癌及软骨肉瘤各1例。良性肿瘤22例,其中内翻性乳头状瘤16例,鼻咽巨大纤维血管瘤5例,鼻腔多发性出血性鼻息肉1例。二、手术方法全麻下经口腔气管插管。鼻咽巨大纤维血管瘤 Our department from 1980 to 1996 on 28 cases of nasal, nasal sinus and nasopharyngeal tumors using nasal incision, nasal lateral wall resection and its major block surgery, the effect is satisfactory, the report is as follows.
