湖南省衡东县石湾瓷厂是一个县属内销日用瓷生产企业,现有职工1398人,年生产能力3200万件。近年来,该厂实行全员全过程经济核算,强化财务管理,调动了职工的积极性。经济效益明显提高,产量和实现利税比10年前分别增长了7.5倍和10.6倍。1990年完成产值1375万元,实现利润300万元,占湖南省23家内销瓷企业总和的11.8%和11.58%,煤耗、电耗分别低于同行业水平的35%和18.5%,是目前全国内销陶瓷行业中生产规模最大、经济效益最好的厂家之一。
