群众观点是我党的基本政治观点,群众路线是我党的根本工作路线。讲政治就要讲群众路线,干部贯彻群众路线的自觉性强不强,决定群众路线的实践效果好不好。 进入改革开放的新时期,我党一直没有忽视群众路线的教育,专门做出了《关于加强党同人民群众联系的决定》,把群众路线概括为“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”,并写进了新党章。邓小平同志更是明确地提出,要把“人民拥护不拥护”、“人民赞成不赞成”、“人民高兴不高兴”、“人民答应不答应”,作为衡量我们工作的标准和原则。这个标准和原则,是新的历史条件下最彻底的群众观点,是对群众路线的丰富和发展,也是加强群众观点,改进思想作风的强大思想武器。 The mass view is the basic political point of view of our party.
