金果揽(Tinospora Capillipes Gog-nep),又名青牛胆。为防己科植物青牛胆的块根,性苦寒,主要成份有苦味素和巴马亭生物碱。其中青牛胆素,熔点195℃(分解)〔a〕D±52.5℃(吡啶)。味极苦、稀释1∶60000浓度,仍有显著的苦味。其主要功能:清热解毒。用于治疗上呼吸道感染、急性扁桃腺炎、咽喉炎、肺炎、急性胃肠炎等。同时亦有降压及抑制结核菌的作用。自1983年以来,我们用金果榄一味,研制成金
