目的查找引起本次腹泻暴发的原因,为预防此类事件的发生提供依据。方法以现场流行病学方法对疫点进行调查和处理,通过病例对照查找可疑的危险因素。结果分别从引水管水和水塔水中检出嗜水气单胞菌,但病人粪便标本和其他外环境标本均未检出肠道致病菌,对腹泻病人粪便标本进行霍乱弧菌快速检测(胶体金法)和分离培养,结果均为阴性。结论虽然从水标本中检出嗜水气单胞菌,但未能从腹泻病人粪便标本中检出肠道致病菌,还不能确定本起暴发是由嗜水气单胞菌引起的,而只能说明是饮用水被污染所导致的,应加强相关的预防和控制措施。 Objective To find out the cause of the outbreak of this diarrhea, to provide basis for preventing the occurrence of such events. Conclusions Although Aeromonas hydrophila is detected from water samples, it is not possible to detect enteric pathogens from stool specimens from diarrhea patients.
