采用溶胶-凝胶法,设计了无机硅酸盐-硅丙乳液-硅烷偶联剂三元体系,制备了金属表面复合防护涂层。研究了三元体系中3种组分的水解过程和硅烷偶联剂的改性作用,结果表明:硅烷偶联剂KH560的加入促进了复合体系中Si—O—Si网络结构的生成。调整硅酸盐与硅丙乳液的配比测试了复合涂层的性能,无机硅酸盐与硅丙乳液的复合可以明显改善涂层的成膜性和耐腐蚀性,硅丙乳液加入量约为40%时,复合涂层的性能良好。
Sol - gel method was used to design a ternary system of inorganic silicate-silicone-acrylic emulsion-silane coupling agent to prepare a metal surface composite protective coating. The hydrolysis of the three components in the ternary system and the modification of silane coupling agent were studied. The results showed that the addition of silane coupling agent KH560 promoted the formation of Si-O-Si network in the composite system. Adjust the ratio of silicate and silicon-acrylic emulsion tested composite coating performance, inorganic silicate and silicon-acrylic composite can significantly improve the coating film and corrosion resistance, the amount of silicone-acrylic emulsion added about 40%, the composite coating performance is good.
