改革林业职工教育体制是振兴林业经济,建设现代化林业基地的需要,职工教育牵涉党政工青及各行各业,是一项庞大的社会工程。目前存在着我行我素,分散经营的弊端,政出多门,失掉了计划性,不适应职工教育的发展,在精减机构,一人兼多职的情况下,这个矛盾尤为突出。为解决这方面问题,必须树立职工教育系统工程观念,上级纵有千条线,到林业局必须一根针,既要发挥各自的作用,又要进行统一管理。组成以局长为首的党政工青和各行各业都参加的职工教育体制。同
