党的十四届四中全会决定,把培养和选拔德才兼备的领导干部作为我们党面临的重大而又紧迫的战略任务。这充分说明了党对跨世纪干部培养和选拔的高度重视,也告诫人们培养和选拔年轻干部是我们党的当务之急,它事关党和国家的盛衰兴亡。 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided that training and selecting leading cadres who have both ability and political integrity should be regarded as a major and urgent strategic task confronting our party. This fully shows that the party attaches great importance to the training and selection of cross-century cadres and also warned people to cultivate and select young cadres is a top priority of our party.
