输电铁塔中实腹式双拼组合角钢构件在两节点间需设置填板,GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》和DL/T5154—2012《架空输电线路杆结构设计技术规定》中,仅简要规定了填板设置上的构造要求,而对填板厚度设计要求及具体布置方式未做出说明和理论分析。通过梁的力学分析和有限元计算,研究双拼组合角钢填板厚度与横截面弯曲应力分布平面假设符合度的关系,获得不同填板厚度的双拼组合角钢横截面上的应力分布规律,其结果可为填板最佳厚度的设计提供理论依据。

Through the mechanical analysis and finite element analysis of the beam, the relationship between the thickness of the double-folded composite angle filler and the plane assumption of the cross-section bending stress distribution is studied, and the stress distribution on the cross-section of the double angle composite angle steel with different filler thickness is obtained. The results can provide the theoretical basis for the design of the optimum thickness of the filling plate.
